Sketches at Kuniyoshi exhibition.

On Tuesday, I visited the exhibition on the woodcut prints of Kuniyoshi at the Japan Museum Sieboldhuis in Leiden.I made drawings. It's my way to see the artworks. When one draws, one studies closely the lines, colors and forms. And in terms of themes, normally I never draw monsters, devils, or hero's. It's a very liberating experience to draw ugly things :-)
